Manisha brings with her 25+ years of experience working in-house and with consulting firms, in different fields of tax including international tax, transfer pricing and corporate tax. In her last role she was Global Director – Transfer Pricing for GE O&G/ Baker Hughes, a large O&G conglomerate listed in the US. By education, Manisha is a CA, BSc in Physics, Delhi University and exposed to many senior level management trainings in GE.

In his last role he was Manager – Deals (M&A Tax) at PwC India. By education, Siddharth is a Chartered Accountant from May’17 and BCom graduate from Christ University.
